Examination invigilators are responsible for ensuring that the examinations are conducted in accordance with UCD procedures, ensuring that students comply with the Examination Regulations and for supporting students during examinations.

Applications:
Applications to be a UCD invigilator for the end of Semester 2 exams which will take place from Tuesday, 8 until Saturday, 19 May 2018 (including Saturday, 12 May) are now closed.

UCD Registry - Assessment - Invigilation:
  1. Report OlivePink Report Report Report OlivePink OlivePink OlivePink Maggy Report OlivePink Maggy Maggy Maggy Maggy Report You must be available to attend a compulsory training session which will take place on Belfield Campus, Date to be confirmed
  2. You cannot be registered to sit any end of semester exams in University College Dublin in the Academic year of 2017-18
  3. Retired UCD staff or full time UCD staff may not apply
  4. If you are in receipt of a research grant you must confirm with your Principal Investigator whether or not you are eligible to carry out additional paid work
  5. Non-EEA Nationals must be in possession of a valid Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB) card or an Irish Residence Permit (IRP) that entitles you to work in Ireland for the entire exam period. This is a legal requirement. Applicants will be expected to upload a copy of this card/permission in order to receive payment
  6. Applicants must have a PPS number in order to be paid
